Wise Bank Transfer Payment

Did you choose Wise during your quotation request? If yes and once you accept it you’ll be prompted to pay your invoice via Wise. If you already have a Wise account, simply skip the setup steps and proceed directly to the “Locate DiY District” section. 

Wise account setup – what you’ll need first

Before you start, keep the following items nearby. Having everything ready speeds up sign‑up and verification.

Choose & create your Wise account

1. Go to wise.com → Register.

2. Choose Personal (if you only need to pay) or Business (if you also invoice or receive funds).

3. Upload the docs above and complete the live selfie.

4. Wise usually verifies within minutes (Personal) or 24 – 72 h (Business).

5. Et voilà, you can now move to the next step.

Send the transfer

1. Whichever method you chose, Wise auto‑fills our details in JPY.

2. Enter the exact invoice amount, description ( ref. order for example ) and confirm the recipient name ディアイワイディ ストリクト  ( meaning DiY District in Japanese katakana  )

3. Select your funding source, wise balance is the fastest one.

4. Review the live FX rate & small Wise fee if you fund in another currency.

5. Click Send et voilà !

(Remember: Wise‑to‑Wise in the same currency is fee‑free for both parties.)

Confirm purpose & finish

1. Wise may ask for a Purpose of transfer. Pick "Payment for goods and services" (or nearest equivalent).

2. Double‑check the invoice/reference number is in the memo field.

3. Click Send. Funds normally land in our account within minutes.

You’ll receive an instant e‑mail receipt, and so will we. That’s it, invoice settled!
